Warranty Policy

At our water bottle ecommerce brand, we're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that last. We offer a 5-year warranty on all of our water bottles, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

To be eligible for the warranty, customers must provide their Amazon order number and order information, which includes the date of purchase and the product name. Customers must also provide proof of the defect, such as photos or videos of the issue.

If a defect is found, we'll replace the water bottle free of charge. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents or natural disasters.

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact our customer support team with their order information and proof of the defect. Our team will review the claim and provide instructions for returning the defective product.
